These terms apply when you use ohmycleaning.com or book cleaning services with Oh My Cleaning. By sending an inquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide boutique post-construction, deep, and complex cleaning for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. The exact scope — rooms, finishes, products, team size, and timing — is agreed in writing (email is enough) before work begins.

A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us. If the site differs materially from that description (hidden debris, incomplete construction, restricted access), we may adjust the plan, fee, or schedule after discussing it with you.

Booking

A booking is confirmed when we accept the scope and date in writing. Until then, dates are held only as a courtesy and may change.

You are responsible for providing safe access, parking or loading information where relevant, working water and electricity, and any keys or codes we need. Someone authorised by you should be available (on site or by phone) if decisions about the space are required.

Care of the space

We treat materials with methods suited to the project. Please tell us in advance about delicate surfaces, warranties, or finishes that need a specific product. We are not responsible for existing defects, incomplete construction, or damage caused by third parties.

Valuables, documents, and items that should not be cleaned or moved should be put away or clearly marked before we arrive.

Payment

Fees, deposits, and payment timing are set out in the quote or invoice. Unless we agree otherwise, invoices are due as stated there. Late or missing payment may delay or cancel scheduled work.

Cancellation

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to postpone or cancel. Short-notice cancellations (typically less than 48 hours, unless the quote says otherwise) may be charged for time already reserved or costs we cannot recover.

We may reschedule for reasons outside our control (illness, weather, building access). We will tell you as soon as we can and offer a new date.

Photographs

With your permission, we may photograph completed work for our portfolio and website. We will not publish images that identify residents or private documents without agreement. You may decline photography; it is not required to receive the service.

Liability

We carry out work with professional care. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant booking, except where Israeli law does not allow a limitation (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by access, other contractors, or events beyond our reasonable control.

The website

Website content is for general information. It is not a binding offer until we confirm a booking. Do not misuse the site (including the contact form) or attempt to disrupt it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in Tel Aviv–Yafo have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
