Oh My Cleaning is a boutique cleaning company specializing in post-construction cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, and final cleaning before moving into a new home. We work with premium apartments, private houses, offices, and commercial properties. Our job is not simply to make a space look cleaner. We prepare it for a safe, comfortable move-in and take care of every surface with the attention it deserves.

Our team is based around Tel Aviv, and most of our cleaning projects are located in Tel Aviv, the Central Region, Jerusalem, and the surrounding areas. For the right project, we are happy to travel much further—even as far as Eilat. Yes, we have an amazing client in Mitzpe Ramon, and we genuinely love bringing cleanliness everywhere. If your property is outside our usual service area, send us the details. Travel and logistics will be calculated individually as part of the quotation.

Please contact us as soon as possible and send clear photos or videos. We will carefully review whether the issue is: • An area included in the agreed scope that we missed • Construction damage or a permanent defect • A stain that cannot be removed safely • Additional detailing or restoration outside the original scope If we genuinely missed an agreed area, we will take responsibility and discuss the appropriate solution with you. At the same time, it is important to distinguish between cleaning, detailing, and restoration—they are different types of work.

We are not a standard cleaning company, and we do not treat every surface in the same way. We combine professional HEPA equipment, carefully selected materials, experienced teams, and a highly detailed approach. Our cleaners are mainly Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking new immigrants, supported by professional project management and clear quality-control processes. Most importantly, we believe that real cleanliness should feel natural. You should walk into your home and simply feel that everything is ready.

The exact scope depends on the property, but a full post-construction or pre-occupancy cleaning usually includes: • Removal of fine construction dust from all accessible surfaces • Thorough vacuuming with professional HEPA-filter equipment • Cleaning floors and skirting boards • Bathrooms and sanitary fixtures • Kitchen surfaces and the inside of kitchen cabinets • Windows, frames, shutters, and tracks • Balconies and terraces • Doors, switches, sockets, and finishing details • Careful treatment of different surfaces according to their material and condition Every home is different, so we confirm the final scope individually before the project begins.

We do not perform conventional wet cleaning of new carpentry. Instead, we provide careful boutique care designed to remove construction dust without harming delicate finishes. Our three-step process includes: 1. Vacuuming with professional HEPA-filter equipment 2. Treatment with dry microfiber 3. Treatment with damp microfiber and a professional dust-binding solution This helps prevent construction dust from immediately settling again while avoiding excessive moisture and aggressive cleaning materials.

Yes. Window cleaning is an important part of most of our post-construction and move-in cleaning projects. Depending on accessibility, we clean: • Glass • Window frames • Tracks • Shutters • Accessible exterior surfaces Exterior window cleaning is performed only where safe access is available. We do not lean beyond railings or take unnecessary risks. Windows requiring a lift, scaffolding, rope access, or special permits must be assessed and arranged separately.

Sometimes yes—but not at any cost. Before attempting to remove construction residue, we consider what the substance is, how long it has been on the surface, what material lies underneath, and whether removal could cause scratches, discoloration, or permanent damage. Our guiding principle is simple: do no harm. If a mark cannot be removed safely, we will tell you honestly. In some cases, detailed restoration, polishing, or treatment by another specialist may be required.

No. Cleaning cannot repair scratches, damaged glass, chemical burns, stained stone, worn coatings, or defects caused during construction or installation. Sometimes construction dirt hides damage, which only becomes visible after the surface has been cleaned. If we discover something that appears to require restoration, repair, polishing, or replacement, we will bring it to your attention.

No. We do not use acids or chlorine as part of our standard cleaning process. We work with professional cleaning products selected specifically for each surface, including stone, porcelain, parquet, glass, metal, sanitary fixtures, and delicate finishes. A powerful chemical is not always the right chemical. Protecting the property is just as important to us as achieving a beautiful result.

When appropriate, we use professional steam equipment at temperatures of up to 90°C. Steam is applied only to materials and surfaces where it is safe and useful. We never use a single cleaning method for the entire property—every finish requires its own approach.

No responsible professional cleaning company can guarantee that every mark will be removed. The result depends on the type of material, the nature of the contamination, how long it has been there, and whether the surface was scratched, stained, or chemically damaged during construction. We promise to do everything that can be done safely. We will not damage an expensive finish simply to chase one stubborn mark.

Fine construction dust can remain inside air-conditioning systems, ceilings, wall cavities, doors, ventilation openings, and other hidden areas. It may continue to settle for several weeks after construction has finished. Our professional HEPA-filter equipment significantly reduces fine dust, but some natural resettling may still occur during the first two to six weeks. Light maintenance cleaning may therefore be needed after moving in. This does not necessarily mean that the original cleaning was incomplete—it is a normal part of the post-construction process.

Cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, and other appliances is not automatically included in our standard service. If you need appliance cleaning, please tell us in advance. We will confirm whether it can be added to the scope and quotation.

Yes. We provide deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning for selected furnished or occupied properties. However, cleaning a lived-in home is different from final post-construction cleaning. Furniture, personal belongings, boxes, and restricted access can significantly affect the working time and final result. We therefore assess and quote these projects separately.

There is no standard price per apartment because every property has a different layout, condition, and level of complexity. The cost of post-construction cleaning depends on factors such as: • Property size and current condition • Number of rooms and bathrooms • Size and number of balconies or terraces • Type and complexity of the windows • Amount of construction dust and residue • Types of flooring, stone, parquet, carpentry, and other finishes • Accessibility and parking • Whether the property is completely ready for cleaning To prepare a preliminary quotation, we usually ask for the location, preferred date, property size, number of rooms and bathrooms, information about balconies, and a complete, up-to-date video. Large houses and complex projects may require an on-site inspection.

A video helps us provide a realistic preliminary estimate, but it cannot always show every detail. The quotation remains valid if the property is in the same condition shown in the video, all construction work has been completed, large debris has been removed, and no significant furniture, boxes, or other items have been added. If the condition of the property changes, the required time, team size, scope, or final cost may also change. We always explain this openly before proceeding.

Most apartments require one full working day. Large apartments, private houses, and more complex projects may require two days or longer. Our teams usually begin between 7:00 and 7:30 and work until approximately 17:00. The exact duration depends on the size and condition of the property and the agreed scope. We prefer to allow enough time to work carefully. Boutique cleaning and safe treatment of premium finishes cannot be rushed.

We strongly recommend having no other workers in the property on the cleaning day. Contractors create new dust, dirt, packaging, and construction waste. They also move through areas that have already been cleaned. This can delay our work, affect window cleaning, and make it impossible to achieve the expected final result in some areas. For the best possible post-construction cleaning result, all painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, installation, and repair work should be completely finished before our team arrives.

Yes. Contractors should remove their tools, leftover materials, packaging, large debris, and construction waste before the cleaning begins. We remove dust and normal cleaning waste, but we are not a construction-waste removal company. If the property is not ready on the scheduled date, additional time or costs may apply, and we may not be able to complete the entire agreed scope within the planned working day.

No. You can provide access to the property and return for the final inspection. During the project, we can send photo or video updates when needed. Whenever possible, we recommend checking and accepting the work at the end of the project while the team is still on site. This gives us the opportunity to review the result together and immediately address any genuine missed areas.
